How to 'Update' the Channel Data


Step 1: Download the Zip File

  • Download the Zip File linked above, then extract the contents onto a USB Flash Drive.
  • Insert the USB Flash Drive into the USB Port on the Back of the S7050PVR.


Step 2: Open the Main Menu

  • With the Remote, go to Menu > Tools > Upgrade by USB.
  • Use the ◀ ▶ ▼ ▲ buttons on the Remote to navigate the Main Menu.



Step 3: Load the Channel Data

  • Make sure Upgrade Mode is set to "Allcode + Bootloader".
  • Select the "Upgrade File" that corresponds to your LNB Frequency: 10750 MHz, or 11300 MHz.
  • Select "Start", press OK. The S7050PVR will load the Channel Data, reboot and return to Live TV.



NOTE: You can check your LNB Frequency, under Menu > Installation > Antenna Setup. Select "Optus D1" from the Satellite List. Note the LNB Frequency: 10750 MHz, or 11300 MHz.
