Applications cannot be installed from Google Play, Install pending... is shown on their icon in HOME menu.
・The Server error message appears and I cannot access the Google Play Store.
- Check the available storage space.
To download an application, the available storage space is required to be larger than the application size to be installed.- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Device Preferences — Storage — Internal shared storage — Available. (Android™ 9)
- Select Storage & reset — Internal shared storage — Available. (Android 8.0)
- NOTE: If you download an application when the storage is full, the Server error message appears, and you will become unable to access the Google Play Store.
- When there is not sufficient available storage space, uninstall unnecessary applications.
NOTE:When an application is uninstalled, the all data related to the application is also erased.- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- The next steps will depend on your TV menu options:
- Select Apps — See all apps, and then check the Installed apps category. (Android 9)
- Select Apps, and then check the Downloaded apps category. (Android 8.0)
- Select an application to uninstall.
- Select Uninstall.
- Select OK.
- If the measures above do not solve the problem, follow the instructions below.
- Reset the TV.

- Please cancel all downloading and Installing apps.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Google Play Store in the Apps.
- Select My Apps.
- Select Downloading....
- Open the application icon.
- Select CANCEL INSTALL or select the stop icon.
- Please perform the Clear Data and Clear Cache for Google Play services.
For Android 9- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps — See all apps — Google Play services in the System apps category.
- Select Clear data — Clear data — OK.
- Select Clear cache — Clear cache — OK.
For Android 8.0
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.
- Select Settings.
- Select Apps — Google Play services in the System apps category.
- Select Clear data — OK.
- Select Clear cache — OK.
NOTE: You cannot install restricted applications when the Parental controls have been set.
Check the settings by performing the following procedure.
- Press the HOME button on the remote control.

- Select Apps — Google Play Store — Settings — Parental controls.
- Select Google Play Store — Settings — Parental controls or Parental controls Settings.
