For the SmartVU SV11 8gb, approximately 3.6gb occupies the system part of the internal memory, this stores the OS and System applications. This leaves you about 4.4Gb of storage to install applications or download other media.




If you find you are using more space than you think here is a few things to try: 

  1. Uninstall Unnecessary apps
    1. Removing Apps is a quick-and-simple way to free up space. To uninstall Apps, you can press and hold "OK while selecting an App icon in the App drawer and select Uninstall. Alternatively, you can also select HOME > Settings > Apps > Select the App to remove > Uninstall
  2. Delete Temporary Files
    1. Press Home on the Remote
    2. Select Settings
    3. Select Apps
    4. Select the desired App
    5. To clear App data select CLEAR DATA, To clear App Cache select CLEAR CACHE
