For most of our devices the serial number can be found on the rear or bottom of your device normally accompanied by a barcode as well.
Please be careful if turning your Set Top Box around on a TV cabinet while cables are attached this can damage cables / connections on the unit. Our recommendation is that the unit be disconnected from all cables when gathering this information.
